PLEASE READ:By ordering a commissioned artwork from me, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to my terms. These terms are applicable to personal commissions only.For commercial work, the price and details shall be discussed via email.Some terms can be adjusted if you ask before I start your commission.

I. GENERAL TERMS
• You CANNOT use my work in AI, machine learning, NFTs, or other for-profit platforms known for disrespecting artists. I do not consent to this.• Please provide a description and any reference images for the artwork. If I will be creating the concept from only text description, there will be an extra charge.• I will provide regular updates on the progress of the artwork.II. PAYMENT and REFUNDS
• An upfront payment (at least 50% of the total price) is required before I send an initial sketch.• I accept currency in PHP or USD through Paypal, Ko-Fi, GCash or Maya only.• A full refund will be issued if I cannot finish the work or you cancel before I send the sketch. No refunds after I begin.III. REVISIONS
• All major revisions should be made during the initial sketch stage. Any major revisions after will be charged extra.IV. DELIVERY
• The time it takes to complete your artwork may depend on how complex it is or personal reasons, which I’ll let you know about.• Once the full payment is complete, the final artwork will be sent as a PNG file via email.• The artwork is a digital item, so no physical item will be delivered.V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
• I, the artist, retain the rights and ownership of the commissioned piece, so I can use it in my portfolio and to advertise myself, but I will ask your permission before posting it on social media.• You, the commissioner, can use the art for personal purposes (e.g. profile picture, wallpaper, gift, etc.), but you CANNOT claim ownership, alter it, remove my signature, or profit from it.
